Very nice location. The rooms are good and have a kitchen as well. The breakfast is amazing, and Cecilia makes the best coffee 5 stars to her. The Washroom shower head can be improved for sure. The only issue we faced was with the locker in the room. Other than that definitely enjoyed our stay. The staff is super friendly and makes sure that you're are comfortable while you stay.

We stay in the hotel for 5 days with the kids and they love it. From cleaning service to breakfast are wonderful. Sabin from night shift always make sure to give us extra amenities. And reception Jemel make sure our stay was comfortable. We are happy with our stay

We have a very good time,...staying in this hotel. The services are convenient and the location are good easy to access with supermarkets and restaurant. Staff are approachable in reception Marvin and jemel help us a lot

I had a great experience at the hotel. Friendly staff at reception on arrival.||Location was close to Dubai Mail and good views from my room of the Burj. Local Cafes and supermarkets. ||There was a travel desk in the lobby and was great to assist with any excursions. ||Everyone was helpful at all times.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff's warmth and efficiency made me feel truly welcome. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Also the facilities floor on first level was super amazing, fresh towels in Pool and steam rooms was very well The amenities exceeded my expectations and front desk reception especially Umar and housekeeping Ahsan , always going above and beyond and the central location of hotel made it convenient to explore the city. Highly recommended

The hotel is more than amazing.It has great view. The rooms are well organised and clean.I enjoyed the food,it was so delicious. All the staff were friendly and supportive. Really I enjoyed my vacation in your amazing hotel. Thank you all for making us joyful.
